Self-service pages for employees.

This page provides a self-service for employees, and requires the worker to log in using their IRD number to see the progress of their application, download their files, contact HR, and do their induction.

Will contain:

• Login with IRD number (the only truly unique number for each person)
• Employment Agreement and e-signature
• Tax Code confirmation and e-signature
• Kiwisaver confirmation and e-signature (if citizen or resident)
• Upload to administrator email - visa, passport (must be manually checked)
• View/print their employment records if they want to.
• Online induction process (only need to show them car parking, specific hazards per orchard, toilet facilities when they start)
• Area to contact HR by email for bank account/tax code changes or other enquiries that only the administrator should do
• Contact list for WhatsApp, phone, email, Supervisors etc for all other enquiries
