Application form goes here. Will contain:

• All information required for Employee Information Sheet (Zespri requirement)
• All information required for Payroll/taxes/kiwisaver to stay compliant with all legal/govt requirements
• Health, height, and next of kin details
• There will be a back end area of the website where the administrator can manage potential workers, setting their eligibility to work so that the supervisor in the field does not have to view anything except photo ID (passport, drivers licence) to confirm identity when they start.
• Supervisor tool will also be in a separate area of the website, which will show worker eligibility, and whether or not they have completed an induction (including biosecurity induction) before coming onto the orchards.

All paperwork will be eliminated, and files will all be electronic. Each worker will have one database record, and a folder on the administrator computer to hold their visa/passport documents.
